Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position (2-3 sentences)

The primary purpose of this position is to support medical student activities/rotations for all levels for activities related to the Family Health Center. This position also assists in scheduling medical student rotations for the market's M3 OB/GYN clerkship experience. The position assists the Family Medicine Residency Program Coordinator and Faculty in scheduling various residency program meetings.

• Provides administrative support to the Family Medicine Residency Program Coordinator and Faculty

• Schedules Dental Residents for Family Medicine rotations

• Coordinates NEOMED M1 and M2 students' Patient, Physician and Community experiences

• Coordinates NEOMED M3 Family Medicine clerkship rotations

• Coordinates M4 medical students' Family Medicine rotations

• Coordinates M3 medical students' OB/GYN clerkship rotations

• Prepares monthly order for kitchen supplies for the Youngstown Primary Care site
