USD 294 provides a competitive salary based on the USD 294 Negotiated Agreement with all teaching experience granted.

USD 294 in Oberlin is located in Northwest Kansas. Oberlin is nestled in the Sappa Valley at the intersection of US Highway 36 and 83.

USD 294 is one of the 19 districts across the state of Kansas taking part in the Kansas Can Apollo Redesign School Project. Our district has a strong tradition in student academic success, music, and athletics.

Several different organizations offer scholarship opportunities for all our students at Decatur Community High School, DCHS.
