Multiple Positions: KinderPrep - 5th Grade

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver captivating lessons aligned with the BOE approved curriculum to foster student engagement and academic growth

Collaborate effectively with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning experiences

Conduct ongoing student assessments to monitor progress and provide timely feedback for improvement

Address any student performance issues with empathy, creativity, and a solutions-oriented approach

Embrace and celebrate the diversity within our student body, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Education

Valid teaching license in Elementary Education

Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing effective instructional strategies

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Passion for working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusion in education
