Seasonal Warehouse Associate / Day Shift

Job Summary

The Warehouse associate will be working in their specific area of the warehouse replenishing and receiving product for customer orders and supplies to ensure the best customer experience through our busy season which is approximately April through September.

Essential Functions

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Unload trucks and break down freight.

• Follows DMS to replenish items and move products to correct stored locations.

• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.

• Works independently and in team settings.

• Flexible schedule across a Monday through Friday four ten-hour days.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly with or without accommodation.

• Ability to work in multiple temperature environments including general warehouse areas, refrigerated and/or freezer areas with subzero temperatures.

• Ability to handle deadlines along with interruptions in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-oriented environment.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Previous experience with electric pallet jack, forklift, man lift, and other heavy warehouse equipment.

• Must have basic math skills.

• Must have good interpersonal communications skills.

• Functional use of the English language needed for general communication, reading and writing.

• Must be able to work between the hours of 6:00 am until 4:30 pm.

• Ability to read and write as needed.
