Samaritans Purse is looking for highly-skilled timekeeping professionals who are passionate about the proclamation of the gospel to join our Operation Christmas Child (OCC) Seasonal Human Resources Team!

A Day in the Life of a Seasonal Timekeeping Coordinator

At Samaritans Purse, the gospel is the center of all that we do! Serve as a Seasonal Timekeeping Coordinator and you will have the opportunity to:

• Partner with multiple locations to review, validate and submit associate time for the duration of the seasonal Operation Christmas Child project.

• Ensure accuracy of time for around 500 seasonal associates.

• Work in a Staffing Program to stage and deploy seasonal employees.

• Support the screening and recruiting process for seasonal recruiting teams as needed.

This is a full-time (40+ hours per week including some Saturdays), seasonal commitment that runs from mid-August through mid-December. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, be eager to learn, and have a heart to serve in a hands-on ministry. Screening requirements include skills testing, a social media review, pastoral and professional references, and a criminal background check (upon acceptance of offer).

Desired Skills

• Attention to detail and an ability to problem solve under deadlines

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

• Self-motivated and excellent work ethic

• Ability to follow structured processes and keep accurate records

• Data Driven

• Excellent math skills

• Experience working in PeopleSoft or other timekeeping programs is preferred
