Position Overview

iCEV is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual for the Creative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role that demands precision, accuracy, and a keen eye for detail. The Creative Assistant works in conjunction with the creative team to support all Certification Wall Mount efforts and contribute to real projects that impact students and teachers across the United States.

This position is located at iCEV's headquarters in Lubbock, TX. Remote work arrangements are not supported for this position. The position and hours are dynamic based on Certification Wall Mount season demands and compensation is competitive with the position's requirements.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Certification Wall Mounts using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

• Adapt and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements.

• Conduct quality checks on designed materials to ensure they meet established standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition.

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a design-related program or class.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to flexible work hours and schedules.

• Comfort with repetitive and monotonous tasks.

• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.
