As the Store Loss Prevention Specialist, you are responsible for creating a safe and pleasant shopping experience and work environment while maintaining professional visual deterrence to prevent loss. You are the first face our customers see, so it is up to you to create a positive first impression as part of our mission to provide a world-class shopping experience to our customers. By combining excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and commitment to creating a safe, secure and comfortable store experience for customers and associates you'll be a key team member in helping drive success.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in company loss prevention & safety programs and enforce standards as they relate to safety and security procedures.

  • Maintain a fair, consistent set of standards, using excellent judgment and discretion.

  • Deliver excellent customer service including assisting customers with shopping carts, distributing promotional flyers, ensuring a safe and organized front entrance area, among other things.

  • Conduct Associate bag checks per company guidelines.

  • Execute weekly and daily audits as directed by Loss Prevention Management.

  • Process merchandise damages per company SOP.

  • Execute other assigned tasks as directed by Loss Prevention Management.

Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends and holidays as required. Candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time, as well as occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

You will be responsible for the following: * Lead the implementation of Retail Loss Prevention strategies and awareness programs in the geography. * Responsible for ensuring resources are properly aligned to executing key priorities * Champion the strategic objectives for DTC Loss Prevention * Measure consistency and performance of platforms across the geography * Manage end user reporting capabilities and training * Contribute to the design and development of global programs and best practices * Work to set consistent processes in place for repeatability and risk mitigation. * Lead and develop a Team * Select, lead and develop a qualified team to achieve business goals * Communicate goals and maximize resources * Manage and lead budget awareness and ensure resource availability to implement programs * Effectively balance time and resources between geography HQ and Field teams * Drive effective communication * Direct the communication of goals and vision within geography LP and key internal partners * Ensure that business needs are represented in LP planning and priorities * Partner with and influence peers, vendors and stakeholders * Actively work to inform global projects and standards to represent the geography Qualifications * 5 years' experience with multi-site, global teams.
 * Thorough understanding of retail store systems (CCTV, EAS)
 * Certifications Desired – CFI, CPP, LPC/LPQ
 * Education Desired – Bachelor's Degree or Higher
 * Experience influencing senior leadership to drive results
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation andpresentations.
 * Ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives
 * Strong time management and organization skills
 * Leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group
