THE JOB:

As a Steward Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigned operational functions within the department. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Possesses thorough knowledge of proper usage and maintenance of all equipment to sustain and improve cleanliness and sanitation of such equipment

• Maintains a seamless and hassle-free work environment by conducting on-the-job training programs for all department personnel

• Maintains a positive work environment and attends and schedules managerial and training meetings when required

• Educating and keeping up to date knowledge regarding all codes relating to sanitation according to State and Federal guidelines

• Building relationships by interacting and maintaining an effective working liaison with all departments

• Identifies any performance gaps with talent and provides proper coaching

• Possesses strong organizational skills

• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times

• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility

• Oversees all day-to-day operations/functions ensuring proper cleaning, maintenance, and sanitization of all ware washing machines, equipment, chemical use, etc.

• Ensuring all daily and weekly cleaning and deep cleaning schedules are followed to keep the property fresh

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One (1) year of related experience
