Job Description

Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

• Provide a warm and sincere welcome to guests, providing a tour of the Spa facilities

• Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool, pool area, cabanas and restrooms

• Ensure an adequate supply of towels available

• Monitor lounge chair assignment and availability, changing over lounge chair coverings between use

• Answer guests questions and assist as needed; including providing water, sunscreen, and cleaning sunglasses

• Support the Spa Café Food & Beverage Team as needed

• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards

• Follow all health and safety policies

• Offering complimentary services to guests including iced towels and sunglasses cleaning.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Service focused personality and passion for hospitality

• Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

• Ability to organize and prioritize based on guest needs to maintain team flow and efficiency

• Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time

Hourly range of $18.00
