Job Description
Reporting to the Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
Provide a warm and sincere welcome to guests, providing a tour of the Spa facilities
Oversee the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool, pool area, cabanas and restrooms
Ensure an adequate supply of towels available
Monitor lounge chair assignment and availability, changing over lounge chair coverings between use
Answer guests questions and assist as needed; including providing water, sunscreen, and cleaning sunglasses
Support the Spa Café Food & Beverage Team as needed
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all health and safety policies
Offering complimentary services to guests including iced towels and sunglasses cleaning.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to organize and prioritize based on guest needs to maintain team flow and efficiency
Ability to focus attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous at all time
Hourly range of $18.00
