Amazon Logistics’ (AMZL) Delivery Stations allow you to work part-time early morning or late night shifts.
Amazon is looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment that involves working with and around moving machinery and vehicles. Our AMZL Sortation Associates are the final step in ensuring that each and every package gets delivered to our customers on time.
Shift Requirements:
Be willing to work an early morning or late night shift on a part-time basis
Shifts Available:
1am to 5:30am Monday to Friday
10:30am to 5pm Sunday to Wednesday OR Thursday to Saturday
10:30pm to 6:30am
Wednesday to Friday
Saturday to Tuesday
Flexible; you pick up shifts each week that work for your schedule!
Earn up to $14.25 an hour!!

You're eligible when you're hired as a part-time night shift associate. You will receive the first $250 after working 50 hours, then an additional $250 once you complete 100 hours.
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read and speak basic English
Associates must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Managing the receiving of truck deliveries and packages
Using a smartphone and handheld devices with various apps and scanning bar codes
Building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages based on destination, with or without reasonable accommodation
Climbing and descending stairs safely (applies to sites with stairs), with or without reasonable accommodation
Working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet (applies to buildings with mezzanines)

RESPONSIBILITIES BUILD EFFECTIVE TEAMS * In partnership with the Delivery Manager, the Associate Delivery Manager will actively train, coach, and develop the Delivery team * Source, recruit, hire, and onboard top talent in order to achieve delivery goals * Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold teams accountable by driving performance management * Represent Tesla in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the company CREATE OPERATIONAL STANDARDS * Develop and refine an exceptional experience for customers taking delivery * Help drive Tesla education through learning experiences on and after delivery day * Manage local delivery pipeline, scheduling volumes, and actively set individual and team targets * Proactively mediate and resolve any customer concerns or escalations * Assist in the planning, implementation, and follow up of vehicle preparation operational tasks and projects including, but not limited to: the vehicle receipt process, lot management, detailing, and charging * Maintain safe and efficient organization and transport of vehicles between onsite and offsite parking lots * Demonstrate fluency in the local market's DMV requirements and processes * Help control expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services DRIVE STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING * Work collaboratively with the Sales team to ensure that customer expectations are properly set, that communication is kept open, and that escalations are resolved in a professional and proactive manner * Work collaboratively with Service team on repairs and vehicle rectifications * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required, and 2-4 years work experience in retail or operations in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail * Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization * Passionate dedication and ethical approach to management and operations * Ability to develop collaborative relationships; evidence of being a well-respected, trusted partner, and someone others want to work with * Experience running complex processes using Lean or other methodologies * Proven ability to problem solve and achieve results * Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable and safe driving record Tesla Motors Dedham MA
