JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator will work on assigned shows to create the Crew Compliment that will be scheduled. They will work with the Staff Scheduling Coordinators to assure that their shows as well as the other productions are properly scheduled for the coming days and weeks. They will also assist in any call outs, schedule changes and crew notifications. They will communicate all changes to the show Production staff as well as to Production management.
Responsibilities
Create the Crew Compliment for the assigned show and present it for approval.
Create the Work Orders in Media Pulse from the Crew Compliment.
Ensure that all productions are properly staffed for the.
Follow-up with daily emails and requests to ensure that all needs have been addressed.
Work with Staff Scheduling Coordinators to contact crews for availability and assist in compiling the crew schedules.
Assist with the inputting of schedules into the scheduling system (Media Pulse).
Update Work Orders as needed for changes and notify crew of all changes.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a scheduling environment.
Experience with software systems such as, Excel and Media Pulse.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Television Production experience a plus

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
Required to work 40 hours per week.
Must be willing to work flexible schedules including early morning shifts, late night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
