  • Deliver the DAVIDsTEA experience through stellar customer service

  • Educate customers about the wonderful world of tea, DAVIDsTEA blends, gift sets, accessories and more

  • Understand the retail business and be able to go the extra mile to drive sales

  • Actively work to increase customer traffic and reach sales goals through sampling and community initiatives

  • Perform store operational duties; cash handling and maintaining store cleanliness and standards

  • Maintain store aesthetic by cleaning, stocking, organizing and following merchandising plans

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company information, launches and campaigns

  • Relay all promotions, events and applicable company communications to customers

  • Adhere to the Food Safe principles and internal guidelines of beverage preparation and workplace safety guidelines

  • Communicate any quality control, maintenance, procedural or operational concerns to reporting Manager

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Position summary: Maintain and control boat, motor, trailer and ATV parts inventory and assist external and internal customers with purchases of or questions regarding parts. Position responsibilities: 1. Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. 2. Receive inquiries from customers requesting retail parts, price quotes or general information either by phone or at the parts counter. 3. Research customer inquiries using Internet sites, manufacturer contact or on-site reference materials. 4. Perform part sales transactions either on the phone or at the parts counter. 5. Safeguard funds received and perform till reconciliation procedures on a daily basis. 6. Create purchase orders to buy parts needed for stock, customer or work order requirements and forward order to appropriate vendor. 7. Receive parts ordered and check shipping documents vs. merchandise / quantities received for accuracy. 8. Perform data entry of parts received into the IDS inventory tracking system. 9. Place merchandise received in designated location for easy retrieval. 10. Verify and validate receipt of payment in full before special order parts are shipped. 11. Issue parts to technicians and riggers as per work order requirements then subsequently enter those parts issued on work order in IDS to track parts inventory. 12. Verify and complete refund transactions on returned parts or cancellations. 13. Ensure returned and warranty parts are sent back to the appropriate vendor and credit is received. 14. Prepare for and conduct required parts inventories as per established schedules. 15. Report and reconcile any inventory shortages or parts variances resulting from physical inventory. 16. Maintain a clean and professional work area. 17. Follow all Company Policies and Procedures. 18. Perform other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed. Education and/or Experience High School education or equivalent experience Mathematical Skills / Reasoning Ability Ability to calculate figures such as discounts or percentages and make change to customers Communication Skills Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates Good phone etiquette Physical requirements Able to lift up to 50 pounds Able to stand for extended periods Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers Ability to operate computer and perform data entry functions Marine knowledge helpful Bass Pro Shops Brainerd MN
