Overview
The NFL is looking for a Production Coordinator to join the creative marketing team. This position will play a key role in supporting the production of creative across social, digital and on-air platforms.
Essential Functions
Work with creative directors, producers, editors, designers, and vendors to ensure the smooth coordination of materials and assets for broadcast, digital and social creative
Facilitate footage requests and oversee digital asset management of creative marketing materials including music cues, NFL footage, stock footage, and photography
Answer inquiries regarding program scheduling, formats, timings, and asset availability/delivery
Aid the design group in setting and communicating project prioritization from a high level
Manage shift scheduling for a large roster of producers, editors, associate producers, and PAs
Required Education and Experience
2-4 years experience
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Online, multimedia, enhanced television and/or direct marketing experience
Experience successfully communicating at all levels both verbally and in writing
Experience in managing creative requests and tracking deadlines
Ability to interact collaboratively and take direction in a group environment, as well as work independently
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and perform in high pressure situations
This person is a creative person who is self-starting and manages projects with minimal direction
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have unquestioned integrity. The individual must share the company's values of teamwork, extraordinary commitment to consumers, distributors, advertisers and employees, and the pursuit of excellence in all aspects of their business.
Willingness to work nights, weekend and holidays.
A strong understanding of the NFL/football is essential.

Salary / Pay Range

Friday 8:30am
5:30pm, 12pm-9pm, 6pm-2am.
Seasonal / 7-month role
