About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Pool Attendant to join our vibrant and dedicated team, where exceptional service is at the heart of our refined hospitality experience. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every detail of their poolside visit is flawlessly attended to. We are looking for outgoing, attentive, and professional individuals committed to delivering unparalleled service and enhancing every guest's experience.

What you will do

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.

• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

• Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures

• Provide guests with food and beverage, water, and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas.

• Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guest requests or requirements; anticipate guest needs.

What you bring

• Previous host/hostess experience is strongly recommended

• High school education or equivalent.

• Requires basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

• The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests.

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Schedule & Hours:

• We are seeking candidates available to start in late February, March and April for the summer season.

• While this is a seasonal role with a defined end date, there may be opportunities for long-term employment based on business needs and performance.

• Open availability is preferred & weekend avaialbity is required.

• Must be available to work holidays.

• Part time position, 3-4 days a week.
