General Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs.
Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual sales goals.Participate in store maintenance per the current visual guidelines including: proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
Maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.
Additional Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.Participate in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.Job Required Knowledge & Skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
Ability to read and operate a computer.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

The U.S. Department of Education Child Care Access Means Parents in School (CCAMPIS) program is a multi-year program that works to improve persistence and retention for Pell-eligible students with children. The grant supports childcare vouchers on a sliding scale basis, as well as wrap-around support services for economically disadvantaged students. Green River College is seeking to fill a CCAMPIS - Program Specialist position. This part time position will be responsible for providing daily services to CCAMPIS participants and will promote the CCAMPIS program; help the Director to recruit, select, and orient student-parents to the program; and monitor and advise participants, including making and managing referrals to program partners. Position Responsibilities * Meet with prospective participants to discuss the CCAMPIS program. * Possess and retain knowledge about specific college policies and instructional programs, e.g., Health Occupations, Professional/Technical, Career Services and transfer. * Per the CCAMPIS grant outcomes, collect and compile data and information for reports to assist the Completion Coaches in tracking CCAMPIS student retention, academic success, and progress towards degree or credential completion. * Provide excellent customer service by putting the student first. * Ability to maintain sensitivity, understanding and respect for a diverse academic environment inclusive of students, faculty and staff of varying social economic, cultural, ideological and ethnic backgrounds required. * Communicate clearly and effectively, as well as actively listen to in order to provide excellent customer service. * Keep supervisor and staff informed of need-to-know items by sharing complete and accurate information. * Maintain calm in stressful situations that may be encountered in-person or over the phone; work effectively under difficult conditions. * Run Degree Audits and track enrollment activity for students in the program. * Directs project participants to educational support services, as needed. * Participate in enrollment and completion campaigns including contacting students through phone and email. * Ability to follow office procedures and policies such as student records, student confidentiality, as it relates to CCAMPIS/Completion functions * Use word processing, graphics, spreadsheet and/or database software (e.g. Microsoft Office, HP 3000). * Attention to detail oriented, follow-through with tasks, record keeping and strong organizational skills * Perform related duties as required. Qualifications Minimum qualifications Associates degree, or equivalent work experience preferably in education, social work, or a related field; two or more years providing early childhood education, social work, or student support services, preferably in a college setting; competency with office applications; and strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Supplemental Information Part-time hourly employees who work 350 hours or more in any 12 month period are covered under the WFSE contract.
