We are currently hiring Seasonal Order Processors in our Contact Center in Middleton, WI. Our first training class will be evenings starting on October 1st and our second training class will be days starting on October 8th. Once training is complete, you may work days, evenings or weekends only. We offer flexibility, so everyone can balance their schedules!
As the first point of contact for our direct-to-consumer business, you will:
Provide each customer with current and accurate information with regards to orders, catalogue requests, and inquiries.
Offer featured products and additional information necessary to enhance service and provide options to our customers.
Enter appropriate and accurate information into the Order Management System according to guidelines.

Successful candidates will have:
Customer Sales/Service experience preferred.
Ability to learn and become proficient on catalog order management system.
Clear/distinct verbal communication skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customer expectations and stressful situations.
Ability to deal with fluctuating work loads, call volume and assignments.
