Seasonal Maintenance Attendant

Westchester Country Club also has two large banquet rooms, conference facilities, member apartments, and guest accommodations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the Beach Club property.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

The Maintenance Attendant must complete all tasks and assignments assigned by the Beach Club Manager and Maintenance Director including but not limited to:

• Execute cleaning and power washing of Beach Club outdoor areas in preparation for daily opening
• Manage setup and breakdown of special events set ups (tables, chairs, etc.)
• Manage trash removal and disposal across Beach Club property
• Execute special projects as assigned by Beach Club Manager, including but not limited to general maintenance and repairs around Beach Club property and facilities
• Painting, landscaping and general handyman skills a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in conversational English preferred
• Must be able to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must present professional appearance and attitude at all times, maintaining a high level of member service
• Must have ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and desire to assist Members and team members
• Working across various Beach Club areas, both indoors and outdoors

PAY RANGE

$16.50 - $19.00 hourly compensation, commensurate with experience
