This position is intended to be able to drive corps vehicle during the kettle season to specifically help assist with the kettle campaign.

Drop off, pick up and periodic check up on bell ringers.
Loading and unloading the kettles.
Cleaning and upkeep corps vehicles.
Lock up and secure the building if needed.
Answering or re-directing questions asked by bell ringers and volunteers.
Fixing any kettle equipment (bells, kettle stands, etc.)
Assembling kettle tags.
Assist with clerical adinistrate tasks (including Bell Ringer Schedules, Route Plans, etc.)
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Experience: Driving experience
Certifications: Valid Wisconsin Driver's license with clearance to drive from Salvation Army insurance
Good driving skills
Must be able to drive and operate a 12 passenger van.
Must be a self starter
Able to work well with others
Have the ability to motivate people to work with creativity in challenging situations.
Team Builder and Maintain Confidentiality
Must have a good sense of directions

Physical requirements include:
Good hearing and vision ability, and excellent manual dexterity.
Ability to speak and understand English in a manner sufficient for effective communication with leadership and bellringers.
Lifting, pulling and pushing of materials up to 50 pounds
Requires bending, squatting and walking
Travel: Travel throughout the Corps service area
Work may be performed in a typical office environment but mostly will be performed while driving. Hours may require some weekend and evening work.
