Who Your Leader is: Store Manager/ Store Inventory Lead
Where you spend your time: on the floor & in the back of house
The mission of an expeditor (the role):
Expeditors at lululemon are responsible for ensuring our inventory is processed quickly and efficiently. Key duties include receiving shipments, processing inventory, restocking the floor and supporting with sell-through strategy. As an expeditor, you are the inventory expert for your store.
A day in the life of an expeditor (the tasks):
Receives and processes inventory and supports with other inventory-related tasks
Assists in preparing the store for the day including: replenishing garment styles and other merchandise by color, size, and quantity requirements; folding, sizing, and merchandising as required
Completes other additional projects as required or by request, under the direction of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Store Inventory Lead

An expeditor's working day (the hours)
During non-peak inventory times, expeditors may work a combination of floor shifts and off-floor floor shifts. In peak season, the majority of the expeditor's shifts may be used to support with off-floor responsibilities.
A portion of all expeditor hours will be worked when the store is closed to support with efficient inventory processing
Shift times will vary through the hours of 7PM-3AM.
Self development/ learning (the growth):
Proactively acquires knowledge/ education regarding company general information, news bulletins, store policy, processes, quality control, new garments/styles, guest feedback/experiences, staff information and communication
All employees' availability must reflect the needs of the business, which may change from time to time. The Store Manager determines the availability needs, and this schedule could include a combination of shift times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
lululemon reserves the right to make amendments to the schedule and/ or availability requirements from time to time and at its sole discretion
All employees are expected to be available to work "Black Friday" (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis
Applicants are a minimum of 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED preferred

Part time: up to 23 hours
Full time: 24-40 hours
