Job Overview

The Seasonal Hospitality Associate position requires a punctual, trustworthy, passionate, and flexible service-oriented professional. This individual will entrust a positive rapport with our members and guests by anticipating their needs and professionally communicating all pertinent information to the destination leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Staff (open/closing) the Inspirato clubhouse and respond to guest requests as appropriate.

• Respond to member needs in the pool/marina area.

• Overseas the in-house laundry/pool towel process.

• Assists the Destination Concierge team with guest needs.

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the clubhouse/office/gym space.

• Assists in special projects as assigned by the Destination Manager and Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Ensures that assigned linen, OS&E, and consumables are stocked at par level.

• Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of Inspirato.

• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

• Minimum age of 18 years old.

• Must have or obtain current CPR certification (Inspirato will provide training).

• Successful applicants must have a clean driving record and be willing to complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Check.

Physical Requirements:

• The physical ability to stand and/or walk continuously.

• The physical ability to climb, balance, bend/stoop, and kneel continuously.

• The physical ability to continuously carry up to 20 pounds of weight both on flat surfaces and up and down stairs for distances of up to 150 feet.

• The physical ability to use any required personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses and other protective equipment deemed appropriate on a continuous basis.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Hospitality and guest service experience preferred.

Compensation - $19.23 - $26.44

We believe in building a compensation structure that reflects the comparable market pay rate for positions at companies similar in size, revenue generation and geographic location; in addition to individual factors including seniority, performance-based merit, education/training and experience related to scope of responsibilities.
