Title:Seasonal Facilities Worker

Seasonal Facilities Worker reports to Facilities Director and assists in the physical upkeep of the college facilities.
Essential Functions
This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, and repairs of the grounds.
All landscape maintenance duties such as weed-whacking, lawn mowing, snow removal etc.
Maintains equipment including all safety features.
Event set up and take down.
Assist Facilities moving furniture and other items.
Utilizes proper PPE for given duties.
Assist other parts of the facilities teams as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Strenuous physical activity. Facility workers are required to move around campus properties and work with equipment. Outside work is required during all types of weather conditions. Workers must always use proper protective equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Days and hours of work will depend on schedule. This is not a full time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

No travel is expected for this position.
