Overview

  • The Teammate will be trained to be a member of a work group. The work group is responsible for engraving, quality inspecting, re-packaging, gift wrapping and shipping customer's orders.

Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • *Opens and or/stages product to assist in the personalization process

  • *Inspects merchandise pre-production to ensure product quality

  • *Remains updated on current product assortment and the best way to set up machines for maximum productivity and minimum shrink

  • *Applies personalized messages to merchandise using a variety of methods and equipment

  • *Inspects merchandise post production to ensure accuracy of personalization and that all quality standards have been met

  • *Applies any customer ordered add-ons to product, such as color fill or gravoxide

  • *Confirms integrity of orders by ensuring all pieces are accounted for and appropriately packs orders

  • *Performs preventive maintenance of machines and understands when to refer machines for repair

  • *Meets established productivity and quality standards

  • Adapts to business needs through willingness to cross-train and perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

  • Ability to read English, write legibly and communicate effectively with others

  • Good spelling and grammar skills required

  • Basic Windows operating system knowledge

Essential Duties/ Responsibilities 1. Perform the role of chief Scrum Master for one or more teams, leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives or programs / release trains 2. Practices the core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practices continuous improvement 3. Support and educate Product Owners, especially in regard to developing, refining and managing product backlog 4. Provides coaching of team members, Product Owners, Product Development Team, other Scrum Masters and PM community 5. Strong mediation and negotiation skills 6. Facilitates sprint demos, planning, and retrospectives 7. Strong facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to influence change at all levels 8. Tracks and communicates team velocity and sprint/release progress 9. Provide status reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestone delivery 10. Coach, mentor, and support other Scrum Masters that will be assigned to teams in iterative product development, including following the Scrum Framework, communicating effectively, managing conflict amongst team members, identifying and removing impediments, and applying self-organization and shared leadership with the team Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or business administration and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.
