REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department to fill Seasonal opportunities!

Location is flexible! We're looking for wonderful associates to join our team both on-site at our corporate office in Wilmington, NC, and also remote locations.

Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our Customer Care team helps ensure every store has a happy ending! As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be the face of REEDS Jewelers and the voice of our customers; providing personal and exceptional assistance in every interaction. Through every customer engagement youll be responsible for answering all customer inquiries, serving as a sales consultant and identifying and finding solutions for any potential issues, to ensure the finest shopping experience possible.

What You Can Expect:

  • Answering and interacting with customers through a multitude of channels, including calls, emails and chat.
  • Providing and processing any tele-sales transactions.
  • Actively listening to customers to troubleshoot potential concerns and providing satisfying resolutions for any conceivable challenges.
  • Offer knowledgeable insight into all merchandise offered, services available and funding options listed.
  • Serve as a liaison between our customers and our brick and mortar locations.

  • You must be a positive and caring individual who can epitomize both enthusiasm and empathy through forms of verbal and nonverbal communication.
  • Must be able to create a professional relationship with customers, that also contains levels of personal touch which illustrates each customer is personally cared for.
  • Must be goal oriented, results driven and self-motivated to make a difference at every opportunity.
  • Will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Must have impeccable attention to detail and follow through.
  • Bilingual a plus!
