REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our E-Commerce department to fill Seasonal opportunities!
Location is flexible! We're looking for wonderful associates to join our team both on-site at our corporate office in Wilmington, NC, and also remote locations.
Every piece of jewelry tells a story and our Customer Care team helps ensure every store has a happy ending! As a member of our Customer Care team, you will be the face of REEDS Jewelers and the voice of our customers; providing personal and exceptional assistance in every interaction. Through every customer engagement youll be responsible for answering all customer inquiries, serving as a sales consultant and identifying and finding solutions for any potential issues, to ensure the finest shopping experience possible.
