Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Randstad has partnered up with a large retail store to bring several Customer Support Representatives to support their booming online business. This role will receive in-bound calls to identify and quickly resolve customer needs. This position will go through the holiday season and there will be a bonus incentive for all candidates that complete the assignment in full.

Shift start times include:

1st Shift 6:00 AM-2:30 PM- Sunday-Thursday

2nd shift 12:30 PM -9:00 PM Tuesday- Saturday

Part-Time 5:00 PM- 9:00AM Sunday- Thursday

Take incoming calls or emails or chats from our customers who may have questions concerning:

-Gift card balance inquiries

  • Online order inquiries which could include; order modifications, cancellations, duplication, shipments, etc.

  • Requests for refunds or replacements

  • Customer account troubleshooting

  • They also assist our customers with ordering, sizing, checking availability and navigating our website.

  • Timely and accurate documentation reflecting each customer resolution

Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:30 PM


-Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills

  • Must have professional phone presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations

  • Ability to handle high call volume while maintaining superior customer relations and service

  • Ability to meet all performance expectations and attendance expectations


Must have customer service experience that involved making selling recommendations, resolving issues, utilizing negotiation skills, answering questions, providing information about policies & procedures

Previous call center experience is a plus

Must pass background check and Drug screen

Knowledge of managed care programs and services preferred. Depending on the state, bi-lingual skills may also be preferred.
