KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Campus Recruiting Coordinator, HR to join our Campus Recruiting organization.
Manage event invitations, event preparation, and assist with event execution
Schedule phone screens and office visits
Manage candidates and process through applicant tracking system
Reconcile and review budgets - both headcount and expenses
Support recruiting team members through various projects and reporting
A minimum of one year of prior work experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Talent acquisition and specifically campus recruiting experience is a plus
Strong time management, communication and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as applicant tracking systems
Ability to travel on occasion, if necessary
