KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Campus Recruiting Coordinator, HR to join our Campus Recruiting organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage event invitations, event preparation, and assist with event execution

  • Schedule phone screens and office visits

  • Manage candidates and process through applicant tracking system

  • Reconcile and review budgets - both headcount and expenses

  • Support recruiting team members through various projects and reporting

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of prior work experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • Talent acquisition and specifically campus recruiting experience is a plus

  • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite as well as applicant tracking systems

  • Ability to travel on occasion, if necessary

You will create value for our business by leading a best in class college recruiting program, with focus on diversity, and introduce top talent to our organization. In this role you will supervise staff, act as a thought leader, help set the strategic direction of the program, and manage activities & logistics of our college recruiting programs. Scope of this role is focused on US college/intern programs, but global opportunity is a possibility. Position Overview: Leadership & Strategy: * Supervise college recruiting/intern support team. * Help lead and set strategy for our "core-campus recruiting teams" consisting of employee volunteers. * Working with business and HR leaders, solicit and manage annual college recruiting demand and workforce planning. * Lead team meetings, build agendas, project lists, presentations, reports and metrics. * Use of data analytics tools to determine current and future recruiting strategies and alignment, using data-based information with focus on skills/talent gaps, diversity and identification of top talent pipelines. * Collaborate with and work to build synergies with other Molex site college recruiting activities/programs within the U.S. * Further collaborate and build relationships with internal resources, such as our internal Business Resource Groups, as a recruiting and support mechanism for college/intern recruiting programs. Branding: * Use your creativity to provide consultation and development of college recruiting/attraction strategies with focus on branding/marketing to include on-campus, digital/social media, "drip" campaigns and long-term cultivation of talent through these efforts. * Individually and through the team, continue development and maintenance of relationships with appropriate contacts to support college recruiting initiatives. i.e. career centers, academic faculty; on campus groups/clubs, and internal campus team leaders. Operations: * Work to optimize strategy and processes for intern candidate screening, interview process/logistics, intern onboarding and collaboration with co-op/rotational program initiatives. * Explore and recommend new tools and technology to ensure efficiency in our processes as well as enhance the candidate experience. Program Management * Provide leadership as we plan and manage our current summer program which includes a packed agenda of development/training opportunities, events with C-level leadership, networking/social outings, innovation challenges and site visits. * Consistently seek continual improvement and recommend ways enhance the value of the program to both interns and the organization. Position Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 3+ years' experience in corporate campus recruiting/university relations initiatives with focus on planning campus recruiting strategies and summer intern programs. * Ability to travel as required in-order to fulfill the responsibilities of this position, estimated 30%-40% during peak recruiting season. * Ability to work a flexible schedule as workload requires. * Basic understanding of employment law and compliance as it relates to recruiting. Preferred Qualifications: * 1+ years' supervisory/management experience. * 5+ years' experience working as a corporate/college recruiter. * Experience implementing multi-faceted recruiting strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring leaders. Skills and Abilities: * Highly organized with demonstrated process and project management skills. * Ability to professionally and competently interact with all levels in the organization. * Customer focus with the ability understand and set appropriate expectations. * Ability to provide influence and opinions as a college recruiting subject matter expert. * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills to include public speaking and presentation. * Must be proactive and able to apply analytical thinking to solve problems * Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Molex Lisle IL
