Seasonal Bilingual FT Human Resources Assoc

The Human Resources Department in Deforest is looking for an individual to fill the role of a Seasonal Human Resources Associate. Primary functions for this position include assisting our employment staff with the seasonal hiring process. This individual will work 40 hours per week based on business need.

This position is a unique opportunity to gain experience in the Human Resources field as well as leveraging bilingual skills (English and Spanish).

Answer phones

• Greet applicants

• Screen applicants and schedule interviews

• Track recruitment sources

• Conduct orientations

• Process paperwork through multiple systems

• Conduct background checks

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to use multiple HR Software systems

• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule M-F to accommodate orientation facilitation

• High level of organization

• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual in Spanish
