KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Associate, Deskside Support Services to join our KPMG Technology organization.


  • Provide first and second-level support to KPMG partners and employees during the Network Access Control deployment

  • Participate in device troubleshooting, configuration, deployment and remediation of client endpoint devices; Ensure all steps for a successful remediation of all impacted devices on a daily basis

  • Work with each client to ensure checklist items are completed and that the laptops are issue-free

  • Accountable for receipt, configuration, and delivery of new equipment, where applicable

  • Perform move/add/changes in local office; perform asset disposal process and liaise with vendor to schedule pick-ups

  • Accountable for accurate documentation of troubleshooting activities in Fusion ticketing system


  • Minimum of one year of experience in Information Systems, supporting office technology and desktop support

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Basic troubleshooting and technical support knowledge of laptops and desktops

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Product Suite including 2013, Windows 7and Windows 10 Operating System support and troubleshooting; Ability to troubleshoot and familiarity with Symantec Antivirus Protection, SCCM and CarbonBlack is a plus

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced, high energy environment; Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and team work; ability to build productive relationships with peers

  • Some travel may be required

As a Bloomingdale's Seasonal Support Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through the appearance of our store, creating a neat, clean and organized shopping environment and ensuring merchandise is easily accessible to customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Seasonal associates are eligible to receive a bonus incentive upon completion of their seasonal assignment, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand during the most exciting time of the year. Essential Functions: * Deliver a high level of customer service and greeting all customers. * Organizing merchandise by style, size and color on the selling floor and stockroom, upholding Bloomingdale's high presentation standards. * Replenishment of merchandise on the selling floor, creating an easy shopping experience. * Basic understanding of merchandise and the ability to locate merchandise throughout store. * Use technology to locate merchandise and fulfill online orders. * Execution of markdowns, RTV's, re-ticketing merchandise and processing damages. * Locate "pre-sold" merchandise for customers as needed. * Additional selling support assignments according to the business needs, including recovery and fulfillment of merchandise. * Flexibility with schedule, dependent upon business needs. * Great time management skills. * Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications: Education/Experience: * Experience in a similar role preferred but not required. Communication Skills: * Ability to interpret instructional documents inclusive of safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. * Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. Mathematical Skills: * Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. * Able to use a calculator. Reasoning Ability: * Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment * Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines * Flexibility in responding to changing priorities Physical Demands: * This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. * May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing of ladders. * May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time. * Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. * May involve moving or lifting items at least 30 pounds. Other Skills: * Ability to collaborate and participate as a member of a team. * Must possess strong sense of urgency. * Customer service orientation.
