Providence St. Joseph Health is calling Search Marketing Director to our location in Seattle, WA.
We are seeking a Search Marketing Director to lead our enterprise wide paid and organic search teams in driving digital engagement and discovery. The primary responsibility is to oversee our overall search marketing strategy in a highly performance driven environment, with a focus on digital acquisition. The Director level role will work cross-functionally with business unit owners, campaign managers, project managers, product developers, and other internal stakeholders, and will serve as an internal advocate, educator, and subject matter expert for Paid and Organic Search strategy, development, and optimization. This position will also be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and communicating results and insights to share within the organization.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Direct overall paid search strategy, manage partner agency execution, internal campaign managers, and delivery of campaign results to leadership.
Manage and optimize all local presences from GMB and Yext to health care industry verticals and partner brands with a strong focus on delivering qualified traffic. Responsibilities include content syndication, A/B testing, NAP accuracy, and securing website engagement.
Responsible for on-site SEO for individual locations and service line content.
Manage relationships with regional "clients" to communicate performance and demonstrate opportunity.
Maintain a local search roadmap and keep up on best practices for local digital marketing.
Development and delivery of reporting to internal executive leadership as well as communication of strategic vision.
Maintain close working relationship with web, platform, and optimization teams to improve and refine landing and checkout experiences.
Ability to manage SEM campaigns to CPA targets or volume targets.
Develop paid search strategy to incorporate strategic day parting, inventory optimization, and adaptive geo-targeted campaigns to maximize efficiency.
Work with production team to develop and prove ideal landing experiences.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or Liberal Arts or equivalent education/experience.
More than ten (10) years of experience in managing multiple paid search campaigns with multiple accounts.
Eight (8) years of managing Search Engine Optimization programs.
Five (5) years Web Analytics reporting and analysis.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business Admin or equivalent education/experience.
Five (5) years of managing small business digital marketing efforts, including GMB and reputation efforts.
Two (2) years in User Interface design and improvement experience.
