Brief Job Description:

  • Call and communicate with the millions of real estate professionals, real estate brokerages, property managers, and mortgage firms to promote and sell Homes.com's highly-valued and effective Search Engine Optimization product line across North America.

  • Conduct regular sales and educational presentations in both one-to-one and group environments, in-person and via webinars.

  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to uncover and work mutually beneficial sales opportunities for SEO prospects and current Homes.com customers.

  • Coordinate with SEO support colleagues for the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of new customers by regular interaction of current customer base.

  • Substantially increase new recurring subscription revenue and SEO subscriber count each month.

  • Salary commensurate with experience.

  • Homes.com provides uncapped commission opportunities.

  • Position is national in nature, where proximity to major metropolitan area is ideal

Ideal candidate possesses:

  • 2+ years of proven track record of promoting and selling Search Engine Optimization solutions

  • Strong ability to communicate marketing technology offerings in a simplified manner, across multiple channels, to large and small audiences: face to face, telephone, screen share presentations, and webinars.

  • Persistent prospecting skills, and ability to connect with 50+ plus real estate industry professionals per day.

  • Demonstrable track record of exceeding monthly sales quotas.

  • A capacity to learn about the Real Estate industry and how to capitalize on industry trends, market activities and competitors.

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Internet marketing.

  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, positive energy and strategic thinking capabilities.

  • Ability to work from home and travel to real estate industry conventions and in-person meetings.

  • Four year college degree preferred.
