We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for executing electronic Search Engine Marketing and Mobile initiatives including the optimization of search engine results. This person will also work with external vendors and internal teams to execute and drive sales opportunities. This is a highly visible position that will work with internal and external teams on upcoming products.

  • Develop and execute pay-per-click marketing plans through communication with external vendor, Account Managers, Merchandising Manager, merchandisers and Purchasing to ensure SEM campaign and promotional efforts are inline with catalog, brick & mortar, site partners and other marketing/advertising initiatives.

  • Gather data on daily basis from reporting interfaces and make decisions based on data. Monitor forecasts and budget spend weekly to forecasted goals. Report results to management weekly/monthly for review.

  • Actively pursue new technologies that have the potential to increase sales through new sales channels. Examples of emerging technologies include XML/RSS, mobile web, etc. Analyze trends in SEM performance and research new opportunities in order to recommend changes to the current SEM efforts.

  • Remain current in the knowledge of "best practices" in SEM advertising

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Minimum of 1 year related experience including internships or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • SEO and/or SEM experience highly preferred.

  • Marketing experience preferred.

  • Data or Statistics experience a plus.

  • Strong Microsoft Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

  • Strong Analytical Skills.

  • SQL knowledge is a plus.

  • Google Adword and/or Google Analytics experience a plus.
