  • Administrator for all Human Resources systems focused on data maintenance and integrity.

  • Compiles and analyzes Human Resources data needed to support the business.

  • Performs all plant payroll functions to ensure timely transmission and consistent administration.

  • Edits the Kronos timekeeping system and attendance program to ensure consistent administration.

  • Administers company perfect attendance program.

  • Manages all changes of status.

  • Responsible for ongoing training with Managers and Supervisors with regards to our timekeeping system.

  • Assists employees and Human Resources with employee relations and benefits ensuring world class customer service.

  • Administers hourly bonus program.

  • Tracks and submits all special pay as required.

  • Manages service award program.

  • Personnel file maintenance.

  • Supports the finance function with invoicing of boats.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Have what it takes? Join us. Primary Purpose: Summary of major reason this job exists. The Manufacturing Engineer provides daily production support through the Gemba process in order to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost by analyzing process & quality data; utilizing root cause analysis to eliminate variation; implementing engineering changes and work instructions; training production team members on process changes. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all-inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned. * Collaborates and partners with production team members to provide proper project selection to ensure projects impact key business initiatives * Work cross-functionally between production, industrial & facilities engineering, and product development to reduce defects, improve product flow through the facility, and support new product launches * Acquires & analyzes process and quality data in order to understand, improve, and measure process improvements * Performs root cause analysis and implements corrective action in order to reduce process variation * Designs & implements jigs, fixtures, and other production aids * Creates work instructions, quality alerts, and process change notifications Job Specifications: Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job. * One to three years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is required * Four-year engineering degree required in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering technology * Lean Manufacturing experience preferred * Project management experience preferred * Must possess outstanding analytical, technical, and problem solving skills * Must have a hands-on and customer-oriented approach to problem solving * Must be able to work and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of the organization * Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple projects and manage time accordingly * Must be self-motivated, high energy, and results oriented * Fluent with MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCad We are the people behind life's passions.
