Ensure Quality: Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on-site, ensuring compliance with all regulations and project specifications. Solve Problems:

Address any issues that arise promptly and effectively to keep projects on track. What We're Looking For: Experience: Extensive experience in construction management, with a strong background in marina or waterfront projects.

Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a keen ability to manage multiple tasks and teams. Knowledge: Deep understanding of marina construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Qualifications: Relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, along with applicable certifications.
