Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for an SE-4 Air Battle Management System. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment, learning new technology areas, this is the place for you. This position provides support to the 96 Cyberspace Test Group at Eglin AFB, FL.

LOCATION: Eglin AFB, FL

JOB STATUS: Full Time Exempt

TRAVEL: Yes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills)

SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active secret clearance. Must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret/SCI

EDUCATION: Master's degree in a technical discipline (i.e., CS, EE, AE, ME, etc.)

CERTIFICATIONS: None

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: At least 10 years of experience

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

  • Experience designing and implementing test strategies for both Department of Defense software and hardware tests, to include advanced network systems and digital infrastructure.

  • Experience with network infrastructure concepts, network engineering, and network administration highly desired.

  • Experience testing battle management, command and control, and related systems.

  • Ability to interface with prime contractors developing the system under test (SUT) regarding test objectives, schedules, budgets, and methods of test.

  • Expertise with test design, test concepts and test methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on a team and lead/direct the work of others.

  • Effective oral and written communications skills.

  • Proficiency in the use and integration of MS Office applications.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with C2 systems highly desired

  • Experience with Cloud architecture desired

  • Experience with DevSecOps desired.

  • Experience with System Integration Labs desired

  • Experience with System Administration

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate and develop test requirements for, and coordinate complex test projects including software testing, digital network and cybersecurity testing.

  • Provide strategic test guidance, advice and expertise to internal 96 CTG personnel, supported program office personnel and senior leadership for test projects.

  • Provide detailed analysis of courses of action (COAs) for test projects, analyze and make recommendations for improvements and optimization of test projects to program offices.

  • Provide test customer specific expertise on test design, test-influenced product design and test scheduling, cost and options.

  • Provide cross domain expertise to test customers to optimize their utilization of test resources and improve their ability to provide complete functionality to fielded products.

  • Organize and interpret data to inform DOD decision makers, turns data into actionable knowledge; drive successful operations and shape organization technology and resource investments.

  • Research advanced capabilities and offer solutions to the customers' most complex and challenging problems.

  • Support test engineers when interacting with System Program Offices, other military services, and development contractors.
