SDC Teacher K - 12 / Mild/Moderate - Anticipated For The 2024 - 2025 School Year (Temporary Contract)

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Directly responsible to the principal of the school assigned. Responsible to the Special Education Director for program components. The teacher shall provide a standard based program for students identified as requiring a special class setting for the majority of the day as specified in the Individualized Education Program (IEP). Coordinates all aspects of an individuals designed program to assure students receive all necessary services. . EDUCATION SPECIALIST INSTRUCTION CREDENTIAL - MILD / MODERATE, OR LEARNING HANDICAPPED INSTRUCTION CREDENTIAL or UNIVERSITY INTERN CREDENTIAL.. MUST POSSESS THE AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER AUTHORIZATION..
