A career in Information Security, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to develop and support our internal security technologies and services across the entire global and local PwC network. You'll focus on being the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing information technology including hardware, software, and networks that enhances security of internal information and protect our firms intellectual assets.
As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively lead the practise by setting strategy, drive the development of new business in the market, and provide technical advice across disciplines
Building strong networks within the firm to spot and capitalise on opportunities to get involved in projects that others are leading across a number of different business units and sectors
Identifying and discussing key issues with our clients to identify potential opportunities
Responsibility for a majority of day to day client communications
Responsibility to shape and deliver various projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria
Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team
Responsibility for management of engagement financials
Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching
Job Requirements and Preferences:

Minimum Years of Experience:
8 year(s) progressive professional roles involving information security and/or IT management.
Regarded as an industry leader in the following areas:
Cyber systems engineering principles and related functions, and of information security in general, that is applied to integrate and drive the execution of strategic priorities, and establishes thought leadership at the NIS and firm-wide level in the Cyber Systems Engineering space;
Establishing and leading overall business strategy and plan, and influence others through leadership interactions with external clients, within NIS, across functions, and with Internal firm services leadership;
Leading within cross-functional teams and sub-teams, completing projects and tasks on-time and as promised; and
Establishing the strategic direction for the function and leads teams to execute against the strategy.
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and a proven record of success directing efforts such as:
Performing requirement development and analysis;
Planning and carrying out integration and execution of technical security infrastructure solutions to meet sponsor requirements;
Building and delivery of solutions to meet business objectives in an operational state of infrastructure;
Developing support processes for solution functions;
Developing and building complex technical security infrastructure solutions;
Engaging in activities related to major security infrastructure adjustments whilst ensuring minimal impact to operations in their respective technical domain;
Transitioning, maintaining, or using Security Technologies such as Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint protection, Data Loss Prevention, Forensic tools;
Contributing to a central technology service organization;
Navigating a matrix organization; and,
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functional and technical skillsets.
