Development and Production International (DPI) is responsible for Equinor's portfolio of producing assets and planned field developments in all countries outside Norway and Brazil. Scrum master for agile team developing Mobile solutions for IROC (Integrated Remote Operation Center)
Facilitate the backlog and work in alignment with internal customers (Field based operations and maintenance) to drive the IROC strategy and deliver mobile solutions designed to improve Equinor's operational efficiency.
Involved in developing and transitioning to a long-term mobile solution strategy for Equinor's Global Unconventional business
Facilitate day-to-day development activities for IROC mobile development team
Coordinate overall sprints for the project and efficient removal of barriers to team effectiveness
Interaction and alignment with key stakeholders
Coordinate with other scrum teams to identify and resolve inter-team dependencies
Ensure quality metrics are met in terms of performance scalability, maintainability and reliability
Contribute to the improvement of existing agile development methodologies
Masters degree preferred but Bachelors along with relevant industry experience will be considered
Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, or related fields
7-10 years of overall working experience
Minimum 8 years of work experience in mobile technologies
Experience playing the scrum master role in software development team
Preferred SAFe 4.6 Scrum Master Certification
Strong knowledge on agile methodology, and experience in working with SCRUM
Experience with mobile application development (e.g React Native on Azure)
Knowledge of cryptographic methods and its usage is a plus
Strong knowledge on unit testing and test automation
Knowledge of continuous integration and build automation with Ant / Maven / Hudson / Jenkins
Knowledge of SCM tools such as SVN, Git, Mercurial, etc
Ability to live by our safety and security expectations
Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams
Creative problem-solving skills
Excellent analytical skills
