With excellent communication skills and an ability to manage and resolve conflict, you'll shield the team from outside distractions and keep your team focused on quality, ensuring value is continually delivered.
Working at the heart of cross functional teams, you will play your part in delivering large-scale digital transformation programs. There may be projects in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood and you will be able to coach teams to work towards this, in addition to working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum within the organization. In doing this, you will love driving change!
Do you have the following?
Proven experience as a Scrum Master who has run agile delivery on digital transformation engagements
Core project management skills and a love for delivering business value at pace, cost effectively, and to the highest quality standards
Experience running Scrum for multi-disciplinary teams
A mindset for owning the set-up of the end to end delivery process and tools
A passion for facilitating stand ups, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, decision making and conflict resolution
A background working with Product Managers within large delivery organizations with shared dependencies across multiple work streams
Ability to manage dependencies across work streams, align teams to common priorities, and remove impediments to progress to ensure successful project delivery
Experience in identifying, managing and helping to mitigate project issues and risks
Experience in leading diverse, multi-skilled teams across geographies
Ability to influence and manage clients internally and externally
Experience running Kanban for multi-disciplinary teams (preferred)
