Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree or equivalent of education and experience and 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on projects using Agile software development methods, e.g., Lean and Scrum.
SM & SAFe certified as a (SM) or (SPC) is a plus.
Experience working with software development teams, Jira and other tools to implement Scrum Processes is required.
Knowledge of Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency is needed.
Incumbent must have experience working with User Experience (UX) design practices in an Agile/Scrum environment and possess a deep Lean-Agile knowledge.
Must have a thorough understanding of Agile techniques and methodologies: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, values, procedures and ceremonies.
Must also excel at applying a wide variety of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (i.e., numerous burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
Incumbent must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types.
Must understand technical issues at a high level. Strong writing, communication and facilitation skills are required.
Exceptional organization and time management skills are needed.
Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential is required.
Must possess a collaborative approach to driving decisions.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail is required.
Ability to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks is needed.
Must be able to multi-task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlines.

We are currently seeking a Trial Master File (TMF) Coordinator to work with the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD. \n \n This is a long-term contract position which offers: \n- Competitive salary with comprehensive benefit package \n- Opportunity to work at NIH, world's foremost medical research center \n- Learn more about what Kelly can do for you at www.kellygovernmentsolutions.com \n \n TASKS/SERVICES: The contractor shall: \n(1) Develop, implement, and maintain the Division of AIDS (DAIDS) Trial Master File (TMFs) to meet regulatory requirements. \n(2) Provide support and guidance to various functional areas supporting the TMFs, both electronic and paper. \n(3) Provide oversight of TMF operations during eTMF implementation, audits, and/or regulatory inspections. \n(4) Ensure TMFs are "inspection ready" at all times and TMF documents are filed contemporaneously in a timely manner. \n(5) Monitor and identify study trends, communicate issues, and escalate concerns to the federal client. \n(6) Liaise with Regulatory, Quality, and other area specialists to reconcile TMF documents which have been received by functional groups to ensure completeness and accuracy of file reviews. \n(7) Ensure DAIDS compliance with all Federal, State, local, and in-country regulations, policies and procedures. \n(8) Assist in the tracking of all start-up activities (site and country study submissions and essential document status). \n(9) Participate in Clinical Study team meetings. \n(10) Develop SOPs as required and oversee the DAIDS TMF. \n \n REQUIREMENTS: The contractor ideally would have: \n(1) Master's degree or Ph.D. in natural sciences, public health, nursing, or a related discipline \n(2) Extensive experience, which includes having positions of increasing responsibility in clinical operations, trial master file, or essential documents management. \n(3) Solid understanding of global ICH GCP requirements including the recent updates. \n(4) Solid understanding of trial master files organization, implementation, and archival including other relevant regulations and guidance to assure quality of TMFs. \n(5) Prior regulatory inspection experience a plus. \n(6) Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to build and maintain networks. \n(7) Ability to anticipate and resolve problems effectively, experience implementing TMFs. \n(8) Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills. \n(9) Possesses sense of urgency; identifies challenges and problems and takes the initiative to identify solutions. \n(10) Motivates team members; fosters and nurtures teamwork. \n \n PLEASE APPLY ONLINE \nNote that the phone number for our NIH branch is not listed.
