Our Engineering Team is looking for a Scrum Master Program Manager to oversee the development of our slick, edgy, mouthwatering Instructure Products. This person needs to be ready to work in a fast-paced environment where a lot of growth is taking place on many aspects. Do you have what it takes to be awesome?

What you will be doing:

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication across several product teams, working with developers, product manager(s), and UX designer(s).

  • Create and deliver against Product Roadmaps.

  • Coordinate with key contributors to manage scope and change requests.

  • Be a team player in our efforts of discovering new magical creatures.

  • Liaison between product and engineering teams.

Here is what you will need to know/have:

  • 5+ years of technical project management for complex, enterprise software products

Ability to inform diverse stakeholders on progress.

  • Experience managing projects with mass users (preferably 1+ million).Proven ability to articulate complex problems.

  • History of driving on time project completion.

  • Understanding of dietary concerns of unicorns, dragons, and other mythical creatures.

  • Deep understanding of scrum methodologies and agile environments.

  • Confident personality that knows how to get things done with a smile.

  • Responsible yep, you do what you say, and say what you do!

  • Ability to understand very large, complex software products, yeah, we are repeating ourselves.

Job responsibilities include: * Develops program plan schedules (Master, Intermediate, and Detailed) and schedule performance measurement reporting which satisfy company and customer requirements for program status. Assists in the development and status reporting of critical path networks. * Utilizes program planning systems to monitor performance. Identifies implication of schedule variances and suggests appropriate work-around recovery plans. Develops time phased expenditure plans. * Utilizes and adapts automated data collection and reporting systems and techniques to monitor program scheduling variances against the plan and current forecasts. Prepares variance analysis and status to critical path networks for assigned work packages. Identifies appropriate corrective action. Revises forecasts to reflect variances. * Analyzes program schedule status (resources, schedule duration, activity constraints, relationships of activities, critical path) and prepares data to provide up-to-date Estimates To Complete (ETC) and Estimates At Completion (EAC). * Analyzes historical program performance data to develop schedule estimates in response to requests for proposal submissions. Prepares supporting schedule data to be used in negotiations, audits and fact findings. * Provides scheduling data required to support the forecasting of program sales, income, cash flow, sign-ups, backlog, manpower and facilities requirements. * Supports the planning process for program resources such as office space, laboratory equipment, material, supplies, computing equipment, etc. * Participates on or contributes to process/quality improvement teams and/or initiatives. Identifies and recommends improvements to processes, practices or materials which lead to positive results in quality. Supports or implements performance driven changes in processes and procedures. * LI-AB2 * Requires a Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and reasonable amount of scheduling experience. Minimum of two (2) years or related experience. This position may be filled at a higher grade based on the successful applicant's skills, education and experience.
