Our Opportunity:

Chewy is hiring Sweeper Scrubber Drivers for our fulfillment center in Wilkes Barre, PA.

u0026nbsp;What you'll do:

  • Performu0026nbsp;Sweeper Scrubber upkeep and driving; End user service of the sweeper scrubber, fuel tank changes, sweeper tank and bin cleaning, operation of the sweeper scrubber, etc.

  • Ensure safe operation of the sweeper scrubber in and around all stationary objects and other Chewy personnel and PIT equipment.

  • Complete and maintain sweeper scrubber service and run time documentation.

  • Utilize various hand tools both powered and non-poweredu0026nbsp; to fulfill service responsibilities.

  • Assist with other UT tasks as needed.

  • Communicate needs or opportunities to TM's, Ops Leadership, Maintenance Leadership and Maintenance Technicians.

What you'll need:u0026nbsp;

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Willing to be trained on PIT equipment (Powered Industrial Vehicles) i.e. Sweeper Scrubber, Order Picker, High Reach, Movexx, Pallet Jack, Walkie Rider, etc.

Upon selection, applicants will need to chose a site from which they will be "based" in V4 for this V4 Pharmacy Call Center position. Salary pay table will be based upon the closest VA Medical Center to their residence. Compensation will be based off designated "base" facility and primary duty location per 5 CFR 531.605 Learn more about this agency Responsibilities The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for providing evidence-based pharmaceutical care services, helping achieve positive patient centric outcomes through both direct and indirect interaction with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams. The CPS functions as a member of the CCC care team and serves as an advanced practice provider to initiate, modify or discontinue medication therapy as outlined in the individual's Scope of Practice. The CPS promotes and manages drug therapy based on current clinical knowledge that is consistent with policies established at the national, VISN, and local levels. The primary duties & responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Clinical and Operational Functions: * Professionally receives and handles escalated telephone calls from and responds to veterans, their family members and/or legal representatives regarding a broad range of topics, including: appropriate use of medications and medical devices, basic billing inquiries, clinical questions, medication refills/renewals, drug-drug interactions, adverse effects, food-drug interactions, product availability, and pharmacy policies as appropriate. * Monitors provider's orders for appropriateness of therapy and reports drug errors, adverse drug reactions, allergies, incompatibilities, side effects and patient compliance issues and appropriately interacts with the ordering provider or attending as needed. * Actively reviews patient medication regimens for cost effective drug selection, dosing, contraindications, therapeutic duplication, appropriate route and method of administration, drug interactions, and therapeutic outcomes as required. Provides findings and responses to drug information requests to prescribers in a timely manner and provides appropriate alternatives to current treatment plans as needed. * Utilizes patient care information systems to obtain critical patient data elements and to document clinical interventions and other pertinent patient care issues in a timely and professional manner. * Manages recalls and medication shortage situations by substituting alternate dosage strengths or products per facility policy. Education and Drug Informational Functions: * Participates in the training and orientation of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, pharmacy residents and other CCC personnel as required. * Provides highly specialized education and training support to other professional services in the broad area of advanced pharmacotherapy. * Is skilled at using both written and verbal communication techniques in teaching others. * Attends and actively participates in all assigned pharmacy activities. Program Management Functions: * Follows up on all required actions in order to maintain practice area in line with all applicable performance measures and monitors. * Participates in performance improvement activities of pharmacy as related to the CCC. * Appropriately reviews and reports all adverse drug events or suspected drug errors. * Participates in the appropriate, effective and safe us of pharmaceuticals by contributing to criteria development, data collection and drug use evaluation and other quality improvement activities, as assigned.
