Job Title: Scoreboard Camera Operator
Class: Part-Time
Reports to: Director, Multimedia Productions

Summary:
This position will be responsible for event day setup and operation of ENG and Handheld games for Milwaukee Bucks games, Marquette Men's Basketball games and special events at Fiserv Forum. This person should have a basic to advanced knowledge of ENG and Handheld camera functions.
Responsibilities
Set Up and Operate Grass Valley ENG and Handheld cameras for the in-arena videoboard show
Work with Gameday Director to provide the best camera work to enhance game presentation
Provide well-focused and framed camera shots during live events
Find compelling camera shots to enhance and promote a home-court advantage
Continue to strive and enhance best practices for in-arena camera work
Ability to take direction and perform tasks independently and efficiently
Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years' experience Grass Valley Cameras
Ability to work with ENG and box lens configurations
Minimum 2 years' experience in an in-arena control room setting
Possess creative thinking skills and willingness to try new camera techniques
Understanding of Scoreboard Control Room workflows
Be able to lift, move and/or carry camera equipment
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Punctual, regular and consistent attendance
Be able to work nights, weekends and holidays based on event schedules
Be able to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership and event managers
