SUMMARY: The Scoping Specialist at SAC will apply their industry knowledge and logic to any and all labor and material quotes and requested modifications within the customer delivery team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons. Duties and responsibilities involves attending scoping session with client and act as the subject matter expert related to the necessary construction activities related to a cell site deployment. Based on the defined scope of work, create labor drivers and material requirements associated with the scope of work.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: 5 to 7+ years of Telecommunication Construction Knowledge related to LTE, NSB, and ETTCS. Familiarity with OEM equipment and integration.

Creating an accurate and executable Scope of Work (SOW) for the required site. Experience with RFDS, Site Surveys, Construction Drawings and Photo's. Knowledge of the AT&T Drivers to create Scope of Work. Ability to relate construction drawings, labor and equipment drivers to ensure a 1:1:1 relationship.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent job experience will be considered.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

Sit for prolonged periods. Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Accurately complete detailed forms and reports. Travel may be required but limited.
