SUMMARY

Performs a variety of customer service and sales related duties

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily invoicing to customers, export invoices, including reviewing, processing, and sending to customers.

• Creating purchase orders and monitored shipment and on-time deliveries.

• Keep customers and logistics keyholders abreast about concerns with products and timely deliveries.

• Support Development of customer's product/material/parts

• Required parts clarification *Listing out the required parts (Parts name, Parts number etc.)

• Procurement of the Parts *Including the delivery management from Parts from overseas

• Inventory management (item, location, number).

• Execute internal process for import and export (e-CRS, LRTC, Item Master, AB# etc.)

• Resolve issues with invoices and systems. Work with other departments such as sales, accounting, logistics including suppliers and customers.

• Collections of past due invoices including reporting for management on past dues with explanations.

• Participate in monthly closing, preparing month-end accrual journal entries, and reporting as needed.

• Calculate purchase orders based on customer requests, forecasts, inventory levels, safety stock, and lead time.

• Other duties and projects as needed, including supplier management under supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred majors in Business Management or Supply Chain Management.

• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in the Automotive industry with experience in Customer Service / Technical Sales will be a plus.

• Must have experience in dealing with chemical/automotive/international trading.

• Experience as an Engineer in activities or technical roles in Automotive is preferred.

• Logistic knowledge & Business Development experience will be a plus.

• Technical knowledge/experience in hydrogen, biogas, and infrastructure will be a plus.

• MRO and/or industrial sales experience is highly desirable.

• Experience with Japanese customers is preferred but not required.

• Technical sales experience or a strong technical aptitude is required.

• Experience in supply chain management and familiarity with coordinating activities with warehouses and logistics service providers.
