We are seeking a Scientist who can conceptualize and execute experiments to develop novel approaches to cellular perturbation and engineering. You can expect to work on 1-2 early stage development projects at a time, in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You will take these projects from initial pilot work through beginnings of assay scale up utilizing our state of the art automation. In this role, you will:

  • Build new cellular perturbation assays and strategies

  • Build new next generation sequencing (NGS) assays

  • Design and execute wet lab experiments (including NGS, phenomics, transfection/lipofection, etc)

  • Develop automation strategies

  • Create workflows and SOPs

  • Partner with our data science and machine learning colleagues to cross functionally develop analysis flows
