Employ cost analysis and operations research concepts to support allocation decisions.
Analyze results of mathematical models to identify actual cost data, cost analyses requirements, support methodologies, determine results or summarize findings.
Develop or update training plans or operational test guides for staff use on testing methodologies (e.g., Mission Based Test Design, Integrated Testing, or similar test methodologies).
Write reports with recommendations based on results from cost analyses studies.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing life cycle cost models, cost estimates and cost risk analysis; performing Earned Value Management analysis; and developing Estimates of Completion (EACs).

Successfully completed a bachelor's or higher degree with at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics and at least 3 of the 24 semester hours are in calculus.
