  • You are capable of setting up an in-house analytical capacity including selecting instruments, designing experiments and generally serving as Alector's guru for label-free protein analytics
  • You have extensive hands-on experience with SPR/BLI instruments including high throughput affinity determination and epitope binning/mapping techniques
  • You have direct experience in antibody discovery and engineering techniques such as RNA extraction, molecular biology, small scale protein production and purification, etc.
  • You take pride in being self-motivated, a fast learner, and creative problem solver
  • You have a point of view but are low ego

Benefits

While weve focused on what to look forward to during the first year and beyond, Day One is great, too: committed colleagues, a bold and important company goal, state-of-the-art offices and labs in the heart of the biotech area, competitive compensation and benefits.
