Responsible for leveraging internal and external data to provide insights and information which supports a facts-based decision making process. Provides input into strategy, analysis methods, and tool selection. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience. Define business and operational metrics, including Key Performance Indicators, for (Customer Experience Technologies) platforms and services, in close partnership with business stakeholders and DevOps teams Develop a deep understanding of CXT (Customer Experience Technologies) services. Produce visualizations that help communicate the health of different user experiences interacting with our systems. Identify and research anomalies and outliers in data. Develop optimal data management and reporting practices, including best practice identification

Develops and executes statistical and mathematical solutions to business problems. Frames problem, develops roadmap, and communicates intended approach and quantitative methods to develop solution.
May serve as a team leader within a work group or on cross-functional teams. Mentors and train junior team members.
Work experience implementing and reporting on operational and business key performance indicators using techniques to extract and manipulate data across large datasets.
Improve products and services or solve problems using best practice and knowledge of internal and or external business issues.
Uses analytical rigor and statistical methods to analyze large amounts of data, extracting actionable insights using advanced statistical techniques such as data analysis, data mining, optimization tools, and machine learning techniques and statistics
Develop and deploy predictive models based on historical data that provide future predictions about customer behavior.
Experience with APM tools (AppDynamics, BAC, ) for monitoring and troubleshooting of critical applications
Experience with time series databases (InfluxDB, Prometheus, etc.)
Experience with open-source tools and libraries for anomaly detection on time-series data (Prophet, Skyline, Pyflux, etc)
Experience with APM tools and data (AppDynamics, MicroFocus BPM, Dynatrace, etc.) for monitoring and troubleshooting of critical applications
Experience supporting data scientists/business analysts to productionize models and reports
Monitor the responsiveness and availability of critical websites and web applications from the end-user perspective. Monitor, alert and report on the health and performance of project team applications.
Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on applying data science techniques to business data.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
Proficient with Python and Angular a plus
