Responsibilities:
Conduct testing of raw materials, analyze results, and determine if raw material attributes comply with manufacturing standards.

Conduct testing of in-process product, analyze results, and determine if in-process product attributes comply with manufacturing standards.

Conduct testing of finished product, analyze results, and determine if finished product attributes comply with manufacturing standards. Develop and conduct quality assurance programs.

Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed. Train others in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Implement safety procedures.

Implement quality procedures.

Implement improvement procedures. Exhibit strong technical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Exhibit strong teamwork and leadership skills.

Requirements:
Must have a BS or MS degree and 3-5 years experience in one or more of the following disciplines: analytical chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology, molecular biology/gene engineering, methods validation, pharmacology, NDA, quality assurance, quality control, report writing or calculations.
