EVERFI is bringing its online curriculum to thousands more students throughout the U.S., and we need a dynamic, tireless and passionate schools manager to help us do so.

As an EVERFI Schools Manager, you will:

  • Drive and qualify outbound school implementation opportunities from initial contact to conversion in your region.

  • Become a subject matter expert on EVERFI's platforms, the K-12 education technology industry, and the major issues faced by teachers, schools and districts

  • Train and support teachers for use of EVERFI's platfoms in their classrooms through school site visits and online demonstrations; work with EverFi's Support and Marketing teams to deliver timely, friendly and tireless customer service and technical support

  • Respond to and qualify all incoming inquiries from teachers, schools and districts

  • Actively engage in new business development activities, including roundtables, tradeshows, and workshops

  • Understand and translate challenges faced by teachers, schools and districts in order to provide input & feedback into the design, development, and maintenance of training materials to increase user adoption

  • Develop and manage program reports and dashboards in

You're a solid fit for this role if you have:

  • A BA/BS degree

  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding objectives or quotas

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills

  • Strong presentation skills, with intermediate to expert level knowledge of presentation tools such as PowerPoint, WebEx, etc

  • Tireless energy, a strong work ethic and a record of educational and career success

  • Comfort with technology

  • A preference to spend half your time on the road, meeting with schools and building EverFi's business

The Engagement Manager for SBA, Inc. (a subsidiary of Sazerac), is responsible for achieving growth goals on assigned brand(s) in assigned markets by increasing awareness, relevance & advocacy through valuable trade, influencer and consumer relationships and engagement. Job Description/Responsibilities As an Engagement Manager for SBA, Inc. (a subsidiary of Sazerac), one is responsible for (not limited to) the following: * Contribute to Sazerac's overall brand growth and financial performance. Work with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute consumer, trade and influencer engagement activities. Day-to-day responsibilities will require the ongoing support for the assigned brand(s), including engagements trips, developing promotional ideas, sponsorship and support, consumer/bartender relationship building, events, contributing content and engaging with trade and fans on social media. * Work with local sales and trade marketing teams to identify account, bartender, influencer and event targets. Focus on building relationships through engagements, spreading word of mouth, promoting trial, developing brand relevancy, excitement and evangelism all with the ultimate goal of elevating brand health and growth. Promote, support and reinforce activities on social media channels. Work with marketing and sales teams on strategy, location, and event selection. Plan, execute and recap grassroots event activations. * As a representative of your assigned brand(s), team members must demonstrate responsiveness, integrity, trust and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner at all times. Members must use diligence in maintaining a professional reputation and always be a positive reflection of the brand. Provide excellent customer service and follow through with all sales and marketing teams, distributors, customers, bartenders, wait staff and fans. * Develop strong relationships with key trade and consumers to build advocacy and growth in your market. Act in a dual capacity of being an avid brand advocate and effective negotiator. Report results and success in the Portal on a daily basis. Leverage and support official brand channels. Establish relationships in person and online, develop into raving fans and maintain. Personal and official brand social channels may be used to engage with consumers, bartenders and influencers and support you during in-market engagements. Team members are also tasked with content capturing during engagements for use on official social platforms. * Work with marketing and sales to develop market plans, contacts and account targets. Maintain and share detailed information including weekly plans, activity recaps and performance results in key accounts and territory with sales, marketing teams and stakeholders. Be diligent with follow up. Measure against KPIs, as well as record success stories in the portal. * Work effectively and efficiently to plan and execute weekly activities and manage administrative duties such as writing recaps, expense reporting and follow-up. Administrative requirements include post-engagement & event reporting, KPI tracking, follow-ups and success stories. Team members must stay within and manage account spend and hard cost budgets for fiscal efficiencies. Expenses must be submitted to Sazerac. * Collect, update and share best practices, competitive and market intelligence with sales and marketing teams. In order to stay competitive, the team must continually monitor and share both internal and external business practices for efficiencies and improved decision making.
